The Dukes Have Been Eliminated & Eastern Washington Beat at the Buzzer

No, not that Duke. The Dukes of (4) James Madison were eliminated tonight by (8) South Alabama in the Sun Belt semifinals. The Sun Belt conference in our pool is a mess and the 4 people that were on James Madison would have been in great shape if they survived tonight, but Turbo Jones of South Alabama had other plans.  #BurntheBoats 🛥🔥

Over in the Big Sky we watched (1) Eastern Washington get beat on a 3-point buzzer beater by (9) Northern Arizona, knocking out 40% of our pool picks. This has been one of the most insane conference tournament weeks I can remember with tons of buzzer beaters and improbable upsets. #RaisetheFlag 🏴

We'll keep this blog entry short since we didn't have too much action tonight, but let's quickly cover our standing and I'll leave you with our "Tickets Punched" graphic. 

The standings are updated here and I'm excited to announce that all conference tournament seeding is now finalized. Your Max Bonus Points and Max Points are now locked in. I'd like to ask everyone to review your own picks and do one last check that everything looks accurate. I usually miss 1-2 things and I'd rather fix it now than on or after Selection Sunday. 

Finally, looking at the "Tickets Punched" graphic, we don't yet have any bid stealers based on these conferences being traditional one-bid leagues and you may have noticed that Fairleigh Dickinson is on here. I'll elaborate in detail when we preview the Northeast Conference championship game, but the short story is the team Fairleigh Dickinson is playing in the  is ineligible for the NCAA tournament, Fairleigh Dickenson is in win or lose.
